disculpen cuando me conecto a netflix me sale un error r8102-157-3030 ya borre mi antigua archivo y aparece de nuevo cuando abro el netflix ayuda para resolver mi problema

necesitas conectarte a netflix desde tu pc, al ingresar decir que se te olvidó tu contraseña, restablecerla y listo
